How do I know the values are right?
You don't have to take Furrow's word for it. Every field carries its source page and a confidence score, and anything below threshold routes to your review queue rather than passing silently. Trust is built field by field, not asserted.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
You correct it in place. The correction is written to an audit ledger — editor, before, after, when — and it survives re-runs of the document. Your fixes are never quietly overwritten.
